check-in and move-in will begin on Thursday May 22nd at 9am
- Team/Exhibitors
will be contacted by a U.S. Open event specialist prior to the event to
coordinate move-in details and provide team/vendor support
Move-in/Setup Schedule:
Thursday, May 22nd 9:00am to 4:00pm
Friday, May 23rd 7:30am to 8:30am
Saturday, May 24th 7:30am to 8:30am
Sunday, May 25th 7:30am to 8:30am
- Parking passes and event credentials will be issued at the event
registration center unless previous arrangements have been made
- Vehicles are not permitted to load or unload within
the team/vendor area after 8:30am of each
event day
- Team/Vendor set-up must be final and completed before 8:30am and
tear-down must commence after 5:00pm of each
event day
- Motorized vehicles of any kind (including pit bikes)
are not permitted within the event area
