What
type of bicycles do you rent?
Three downhill bicycles are offered; a premium
adult rental, a standard adult rental and junior bike rental. The
premium bike rental is a full downhill race
type
bike where the geometry angles are aggressive for a foregiving
ride and high-speed stability. .The standard rental is more of a
freeride
bike where the geometry angles are more steep providing for improved
handling and agility. The junior rental bike is a 13" freeride bike
geared towards riders with a minimum height of 4' 9".
What
is required to rent a bicycle?
A major credit card and/or drivers
license. If the participant is under 18 years of age, the waiver is to
be signed
by a parent or guardian. The waiver can be viewed and downloaded by

here.
What
type of attire do you suggest?
Skate type shoes or running shoes,
long pants or shorts. Also an extra shirt to place over body protective
gear to keep gear secure against the body.
What items
are included in the rental package?
Bicycle, full face helmet,
shin/knee guards, elbow guards and chest protector. Gloves are not
included but
are for sale in the retail store. A lift ticket is not included with
rental price
however a lift ticket can be purchased at the discounted rate of $28.
Do i
have to pay for damages that occurred to the bike while in my posession?
This
depends on the amount of damage and is determined by Diablo rental
staff. Serious damage would include frame
dents rendering the bicycle unridable.
What time are the rentals due back?
All rental bikes are due back no later than 30minutes after the posted
closing time. Typical closing times are 7:30 midweek days (M-F),
and 4:30 on weekends, however, it is your responsibility to become
familiar with the hours of operation .
